Makes apx:  24 cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • ¾ cup Condor’s Hope olive oil
  • 1 egg + 1 yolk
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 ½ cups flour
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • Flaky sea salt to taste on top
  • Can also add in chunks of marzipan and toasted pecans 

Directions:

  • Whisk eggs, olive oil, sugars, and vanilla together
  • Add baking soda and salt
  • Fold in flour with a spatula
  • Add chocolate chips 
  • 2 tablespoon scoops, flatten slightly 
  • Bake at 350° for 9-12 minutes
