Makes apx: 24 cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup white sugar
- ¾ cup Condor’s Hope olive oil
- 1 egg + 1 yolk
- 2 tablespoons vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 ½ cups flour
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- Flaky sea salt to taste on top
- Can also add in chunks of marzipan and toasted pecans
Directions:
- Whisk eggs, olive oil, sugars, and vanilla together
- Add baking soda and salt
- Fold in flour with a spatula
- Add chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoon scoops, flatten slightly
- Bake at 350° for 9-12 minutes
