Looking through these photos of our yoga weekend brings me such wonderful memories, my whole being relaxes! The weather was perfect, Susan led us through poses under Grandmother Oak that calmed and stretched our bodies and souls. Karen brought us the sound of her crystal bowls that deepened our experience. Garrett, Coco and team prepared and served one exotic Sichuan dish after another. All of this took place within the lovely setting of the vineyard, with the mountains of the Carrizo Plain to our North and the Sierra Madre to the South. If you were there, relish in the memories.
