Pedro Ximénez Release Party at Midtown Café!

Join us at Midtown Café this Friday for a popup celebrating the release of our unique, dry-farmed Pedro Ximénez white wine, featuring Spanish tapas by the up-and-coming LionFish SupperClub! Buy a glass of wine (or a bottle to share) to pair with a delicious small plate crafted by chef Zachary Mazi. Condor’s Hope farmer Steve Gliessman will be there to describe the dry-farming techniques that save water and produce their signature, full-bodied wines. Enjoy the wine and tapas, learn about dry-farming in vineyards, and take a bottle home with you!
