YOGA IN THE VINEYARD

Description, Schedule & Accommodations

Friday, May 3rd – Sunday, May 5th

Condor’s Hope Ranch

LOCATION: Condor’s Hope Ranch is located in the foothills of the Sierra Madre Mountains, near Hwy 166 in the Cuyama Valley in Northern Santa Barbara County. Our 5 acre vineyard is in a natural setting adjacent to the Los Padres National Forest. We are off the grid and completely solar powered.

We’re conveniently located in the middle of nowhere for that true get-away feeling!

We hope you will join us for a wonderful weekend of yoga with instructor Susan Merritt, wine tasting and great food in our vineyard in the foothills of the Sierra Madre mountains. We are happy to welcome back Karen Jaffe who will surround us with sound baths in a special workshop ‘Quiet the Waters Within’ – a two-hour sound meditation experience to help you experience deep relaxation, reconnect to yourself, and release the flow of your divine creativity.

A deep sense of peace.
A fresh perspective on your life.
Practical tools to stay in the creative flow.
New connections with people just like you!

Walk into a safe community where you can release what no longer serves you and call in what gets you in the flow. Check your anxiety at the door, Lay down, be nurtured, listen deeply, write it down, let it go, fill up, and carry on.
Note: A “Quiet the Waters” journal and quartz crystal are included. Please bring a yoga mat, and you are also welcome to bring a water bottle, socks, and eye mask if desired.

FOOD: The weekend’s delicious and nutritious meals will be expertly crafted by Brendan MacCorgarry.  We will do our best to accommodate any special dietary needs. Our priority is to source local and organic food from family farms in the Cuyama Valley.
